We have been trying to connect Jasmin with Shopify via Zapier to create invoices but we always get the same problem with Zap because it tells us the List Price is not found. We have been talking with Zapier Support, and they said to us that the issue should be in Jasmin because, in Shopify, all the info we need is visible. They have opened a ticket with you but we do not know which is the ticket number.
In Jasmin, there is a field called Price List (screenshot attached) and we have already set it up, but we are not able to add it to the Zapier connection, and all the products have their price in the platform (screenshot attached).
Could you please help us?
