I am not sure if others are experiencing the same problem but when I try and ask a question on the Primavera live chat I generally receive responses but never any follow up whatsoever. It is very frustrating to say the least. Twice I have requested for subsequent emails with required information and received nothing. A few of my staff members are currently undergoing training and the trainers are unable to offer advice as to which terminal devices to use for stock counts so this forum is a last resort. I would like to make use of terminal devices to assist with the receipt of stock and the counting of stock (using SKU/barcodes) but not using Eye Peak at this stage. Is there anyone who could point me in the right direction firstly regarding the correct brand/device which is compatible with version 10 and what process I need to follow to get the ball rolling with the setup.
